How to Copy all file in CD/DVD to USB..

I want to copy all file in Bootable DVD Windows 7 that contained some files can not copy.
in windows user use xcopy for copy all files to USB (including Binary files & Bootable files) without no problem.
So in Linux, It should have the sulution with cp that simila to xcopy command line. also with the main page of the cp command here and some need the command grep and bash script especailly DOSBatch
I am finding out for it.... will update all soon.
